Within the division Global Process Excellence – Corporate Processes we are looking for a Business Process Lead Finance / TAX (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible, in full-time at our location in Munich Requisition-ID 19661 Your responsibilities: You own the functional lead of Finance & TAX processes within the Group Services department Corporate Processes. You drive the improvement and digitization of Finance & TAX processes for our business partners in G+D. You are leading a team of Finance & TAX business process experts in day-to-day business. You oversee the different local legal requirements in the area of accounting and tax worldwide and bring them into the organization. You oversee e-invoicing requirements worldwide and ensure involvement of relevant stakeholders and contributors. You take part in the groupwide business strategy meetings for early identification of process relevant topics. You translate the business strategy into achievable process features. You have a focus on business improvements and bring outside knowledge on Finance & TAX processes. You analyze, monitor and oversee new solutions and add-on tools such as tax determination tools and SAP Document and Reporting Compliance; keep up to date with roadmaps provided by SAP and partners. You approach the business proactively with state-of-the-art technology and process solutions. You are responsible for regular alignments on management level. You support the roadmap definition along the Group Services touch points. You act as Product Owner defining the requirements and supporting its prioritization. You realize and implement solutions as part of sprint and project teams. Within the collaboration team you ensure standardized process requirements and guidelines across G+D. You manage the alignment with the Business Process Owners and offer strong guidance and consulting. You develop and provide a dedicated KPI reporting. You establish and drive a proactive and delivery-oriented working mode.
