For our production site in Salzgitter, we are looking for you as Controlling Team Lead (m/f/d) The Financial Controlling Team Lead (m/f/d) will lead a team of financial controllers to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of day-to-day accounting activities. We seek a professional (m/f/d) with interpersonal skills who will contribute to establishing and maintaining accounting policies and fiscal controls (local HGB and USGAAP), as well as prepare financial reports and safeguard the organization's assets KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Execute moderately complex accounting policies and procedures. Manage all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations required to support the business. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all relevant accounting processes (local and USGAAP) Coordinate and control accounting processes performed by other finance functions. Apply substantial understanding of accounting practices and procedures to guide direct reports in creating technical accounting reports. Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management. Other duties as required.
