YOUR TASKS
As CRM Data Entry Specialist (m/f/d) you are responsible for research of contacts and error-free data entry in our CRM system.
- Research of contacts and accounts
- You are responsible for entering data into our database
- You will verify, that all information is correct, consistent and data rules are followed in our CRM system
- You are responsible to maintain the health of the database with consistent data health reports
- You set up saved data filters for CRM & SAP users
- You create leads, accounts, opportunities and other elements in our CRM and ERP system
- You are responsible for imports and uploads of data into our systems
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel required
- Ability to stay focused over several hours with highest level of attention to detail
- Must be comfortable with a fast-paced working environment
- Prior data entry experience preferred (ideally HubSpot experience)
