Westland are looking to recruit a high calibre finance professional to business partner the European Managing Director, to help drive profitable growth in our key European markets (DE/AT/CH/PL/FR). Finance Director Europe (m/w/d) Your responsibilities will include: management and development of finance team(s) responsibility for reporting to business stakeholders provide financial direction for the sales, marketing, customer service and operations ( production, supply chain, logistic ) teams management of business intelligence and commercial analysis to underpin robust and accurate decision making leading and development of annual operating plan and financial targets in line with board strategy identifying and communicating business risks and opportunities management and development of robust internal controls and processes Cashflow management Credit control business and financial budgeting , planning and forecasting run analysis to support evaluation of business development projects (including M&A projects) support and guide costing, pricing and margin control based on analysis per country/product line/KA Statutory reporting and compliance Lead IT projects and transformation (Power Bi, ERP, etc) Your Qualifications: successfully completed studies in economics At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling/finance within an internationally operating company Knowledge in the management and control of multidimensional projects ability to travel domestically and within Europe multi-lingual, German and English essential demonstrable commercial experience a track record in successful business partnering with non-finance teams and a strong relationship builder with ability to communicate at all levels experience of ERP systems and how to adapt to changing business requirements exceptional analytical, presentation and IT skills level of drive and judgement to successfully inform and influence the commercial business agenda excellent interpersonal skills and confidence to articulate clearly to key business stakeholders We offer: We offer an interesting, diversified and challenging position, good contractual conditions, flexible working models, all the social benefits of a modern company and a professional environment where you will have the opportunity for personal growth.
