AROUNDTOWN Commercial Properties (ATCP) is the asset management platform for Aroundtown SA, the largest listed commercial real estate company in Germany. Financing Specialist (m/f/d) Possible working place: Berlin or Frankfurt Your tasks Financing of our real estate assets and management of existing real estate financings Preparation of internal and external reportings Working on contractual documentation together with internal and external counsel Compiling of CPs and preparation of data rooms Continuous monitoring of loan covenants Engagement with banks and other stakeholders in the company (e.g. asset management, controlling, legal) Cash Flow analysis in MS Excel Your profile Experience in financing or in the Real Estate field University degree or similar in Finance or formal training in a bank Good communication skills and analytical talent Experience with Microsoft Excel and data management Self-starter who, with the right tools and guidance, likes taking initiative Proficiency in spoken and written German and English What we offer A modern, gender-friendly open door policy and communication culture "per Du" as well as flat hierarchies.
