German speaking Customer Support Agent

Beschreibung

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting German speaking customers.
  • You will become an important contact person when handling all inquiries in a professional manner from German customers via telephone, e-mail and live support.
  • Maintaining high customer service standards is of the upmost priority.
  • Due to the various tasks, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge of the product range and marketing activities.
  • In this diverse role you will also be an essential point of reference, both internally and externally. Further tasks will include translating (for example newsletters or texts for our website).

 
Requirements / Your personality:

  • Completed secondary education
  • At least 1 year customer service experience (e.g. call centre, helpdesk, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of German (written and spoken)
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Willing to work evening and night shifts
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and team skills
  • Open, positive and empathetic personality
  • General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
