Responsibilities:
- Supporting German speaking customers.
- You will become an important contact person when handling all inquiries in a professional manner from German customers via telephone, e-mail and live support.
- Maintaining high customer service standards is of the upmost priority.
- Due to the various tasks, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge of the product range and marketing activities.
- In this diverse role you will also be an essential point of reference, both internally and externally. Further tasks will include translating (for example newsletters or texts for our website).
Requirements / Your personality:
- Completed secondary education
- At least 1 year customer service experience (e.g. call centre, helpdesk, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of German (written and spoken)
- Very good knowledge of English
- Willing to work evening and night shifts
- Advanced customer service skills
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Open, positive and empathetic personality
- General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
