Due to the increased growth of our client’s company, they are currently recruiting a German Customer Support Executive. They are looking for someone who is highly motivated and energetic to join their team. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic team player with a natural passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact between customers and the respective brands of our client.
  • Provide first line support to customers in a professional and responsible manner (via email, phone and live chat).
  • Ensure the highest level of support is delivered to customers and maintain agreed standards.
  • Aim to solve all issues at first point of contact.
  • Liaise with other departments in order to solve customer queries promptly.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services having has basis the customers’ feedback.
  • Undertake any other administrative responsibilities that will directly improve customer experience and add further value to the team and the company.
  • Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere on the job.


  • Native fluency in the German language
  • Strong command of the English language
  • An obsession with customer experience
  • Demonstrating the written and verbal communication skills necessary to offer high-quality customer support
  • A team player with a flexible approach to collaborate with colleagues
  • Ability to work well and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Ability to take direction and feedback constructively
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain focus even when under minimum supervision
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment would be considered an asset
