Developers will be contributing to various ongoing experiments led by our technical team, including work augmenting and organizing an extensive data pipeline and a variety of machine learning models that operate on that data to produce specific results for our project. The primary data type we are dealing with are geospatial imagery sets from public and private sources.
Requirements:
- Primary developer needs
- Experience with Earth Engine and functional programming.
- Experience with machine learning systems, algorithms or applications such as: deep learning, computer vision
- Significant experience with Python
- Experience with open source tools such as Git, Tensorflow, Google Compute Engine.
- Secondary developer needs
- Experience with tiffs and tiff projections into physical spaces (aka GeoTiff)
- Experience with distributed, scalable systems and backends
- Experience with using ML on image files and images that change over time.
