YOUR TASKS

As Head of Talent, you play a key role in building our company. Reporting directly to the Managing Partners, you lead our Talent team and work on strategic topics, yet, you are not afraid of doing the necessary hands-on work. Face the new challenges and restrictions that came up with the spread of Covid-19 and ensure a safe but productive and enjoyable working place for everyone. As we grow, one of your challenges will be to balance the acquisition of outstanding talent in a very competitive environment with the development and retention of our existing team. Attraction & Recruitment
•    Plan and implement a recruiting strategy to acquire outstanding talent for our inveox
•    Enhance inveox' policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
•    Supervise with our talent acquisition team the entire recruitment process from screening to onboarding, working closely      with the senior management team
•    Work closely with Marketing & Communications to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges and develop and implement employer branding strategies

Development & Learning
•    Provide recruitment and talent development counsel to senior managers
•    Proactively assess team, manager, and organizational development needs and create training and enablement solutions
•    Build learning strategies that drive improvement in our teams, pursue potentials and enhance employee engagement
•    Strengthen programs and systems that support leadership development, effective leadership review processes, and ongoing development of our line managers
•    Define career tracks for every role and department and create development paths for our talents

Shape our culture
•    Face the challenge of the new working aspects which emerged with the spread of COVID-19, integrate mobile working and the necessary security measures while maintaining a productive and joyful work environment
•    Build and evolve a company culture that makes people love being at inveox but also delivers great results
•    Create an overall philosophy of how to achieve the best people management and performance
•    Build communications programs that support our values of transparency, autonomy and collaboration
•    Develop a compensation strategy and framework that match bests our culture and leads to great results

Advance
•    Generate monthly updates for the Managing Partners about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives and current metrics
•    Communicate regularly with senior management to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
•    Set up a KPI driven team to implement numbers-driven improvements
•    Bring added value to the business by using your recruiting expertise in strategic decision

 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in psychology, economy or business administration with a focus on human resources
  • Several years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in a start-up or hyper-growth environment (engineering and IT recruitment experience is highly beneficial)
  • Proven track record of headhunting for tough-to-fill roles
  • Autonomous work style and great communication skills, especially in a multicultural environment
  • Experience in working standards and laws in US, Germany and preferably Poland
  • Passion for employer branding and like to create employees’ engagement
  • Incorporates inveox' cultural competencies: hands-on attitude, outstanding interpersonal communication and appreciation, professional excellence, intrinsic motivation to make a difference
  • Excellent skills in English and German are mandatory
