YOUR TASKS
As our Health and Safety Manager you develop and implement safety concepts in order to meet the legal requirements for occupational health and safety and to provide a safe working environment for our team. This work can also be fulfilled in a part-time role or in addition to other project management tasks in the area of operations, in case a full time position is preffered.

Your tasks:
- You work proactive and independent on all tasks and requirements as an occupational safety specialist resulting from the Occupational Safety Act (ASiG) / Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG)
- You develop concepts and projects for the continuous improvement of our corporate safety environment and implement these with the relevant stakeholders
- You initiate and manage safety engineering projects
- You advice our Heads of departments in all safety related topics and prepare risk analyses
- You organize and moderate ASAs as well as occupational medical care and close cooperation with the occupational physicians
- You advise all parties involved in occupational safety (internal and external, technicians, engineers, physicians) on the relevant legal requirements of occupational safety
- You implement training courses and seminars to promote safety-conscious behavior
- You perform safety inspections of operating facilities and technical equipment
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation as technician/master or completed studies of engineering science including a completed training as a specialist for occupational safety
- Work experience as a specialist for occupational safety is desired, but not mandatory
- Additional qualifications related to occupational health and safety (e.g. fire safety officer, safety and health protection coordinator, VEFK, biological hazards, laser) are advantageous
- High service orientation, friendly appearance and consulting competence
- Organizational skills and structured working method
- Team spirit, IT affinity and good MS-Office skills
- Language skills (German/English business fluent, Polish is an advantage)
