Main task is the observation, evaluation and target group-oriented preparation of political-regulatory developments at European level with relevance for the automotive industry, especially in the topics of digitization, data and aspects of future-oriented mobility. Targeted and continuous development and maintenance of a network in the EU institutions but also in the relevant departments of the company. Qualifications Mandatory requirements to get IN for INspire: Professionals with relevant work experience in the field of Public or Regulatory Affairs and leadership experience in various areas of at least 12 months International experience of at least 6 months Excellent academic university degree in Business Communication (Master) or comparable Ability to communicate with different management levels Fluent in Business English and good German skills, additional knowledge of French is an advantage Significant agile mindset Impressive social engagement Extended digital know-how High level of abstraction and strategic analytical skills Excellent personal and multilingual (English, German) communication skills Working flexible, structured and result-oriented even under pressure Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new and complex issues Enjoyment of working in political environment and ability to think politically As a charismatic personality, you can inspire and motivate a team to give their best!
