About ITM ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM). We would like to fill the following vacancy as soon as possible: Junior Project Manager Construction Engineering (f/m/d) Your Role: Inhabit a cross-functional position for the technical project management and engineering of e.g. new sites for R&D Department and GMP Warehouse including technology & process improvements, third party management and site-to-site transfers for our diverse product portfolio of GMP radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes Act as a key engineering expert in technical matters to support the project management team in the Manufacturing Concept, Time Planning, Budget Control and CAD methods Coordination of projects with internal and external approval processes Claim Management Create and monitor Project Plans / Gantt-Charts Contribute or lead constructional engineering & planning in the content of technology transfers and implementation of building technology Manage and guide local project teams with your expertise and project tools Work with matrix responsibility for an interdisciplinary team including Leadership, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Validation and Manufacturing Communicate within the project team as well as between giving and receiving sites, facilitate adequate project documentation, report and follow-up on project milestones, coordinate financial and resource requirements, mitigate risks and align the project team on the project goal What we are looking for: Graduation from a German or foreign institution of higher education preferably in Engineering, Pharma or Process Technology or comparable Education in engineering design & construction or architecture beneficial Professional understanding of GMP technology, manufacturing, quality control and project management in a pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical or medical technology industry advantageous Proficient use of MS Office applications (Project, Word, Excel, etc.) and AutoCAD Pragmatic and solution-focused mindset Ability to clearly present information in a structured way Taking responsibility for milestone and budget adherence Flexibility, resilience, assertiveness and a high degree of organization and communication skills Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken What we offer: A modern workplace and exciting opportunities in an evolving and fast-growing company Challenging and varied projects in interdisciplinary, multicultural and highly professional teams A collegial corporate culture and short communication channels Flexible working hours with an attractive salary package and diverse corporate benefits At ITM, we work together towards one common goal - the benefit of our patients.
