About ITM ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM). We would like to fill the following vacancy as soon as possible: Material Resources & Procurement Manager (f/m/d) Your Role: Drafting, reviewing and finalizing supply agreements Maintaining master data records Continuous inventory monitoring and order processing in SAP Overview of the order and delivery processes, as well as incoming goods Procurement of alternative supplies in cooperation with product and quality management Forecasts creation of consumables, equipment, and warehouse resources for the product line of ITM Optimization of existing workflow processes Direct contact of ITM for national and international suppliers Communication and coordination of tasks within different intercompany divisions Defining necessary reserve stocks while optimizing inventory Clarifying quality issues (e.g. defects, delivery time, compliance with company guidelines, financial aspects etc.) Optimization of planning parameters such as Lead Times, MOQ, product segmentation as well as order frequency for increased efficiency What we are looking for: Successfully completed apprenticeship or successfully completed studies at a university in the fields of supply chain management, logistics, business administration or comparable training Professional experience in the areas of supply chain management, planning and logistics Experience in the pharmaceutical or life science industry is an advantage Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus Experience with ERP-Systems desirable Able to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment Experience with flow-charts / Business Process Modeling is a plus but not mandatory Organizational skills, hands-on mentality as well as assertiveness Very good German and fluent business level English Strong contract development and negotiation skills Willingness to travel What we offer: A modern workplace and exciting opportunities in an evolving and fast growing company Challenging and varied projects in interdisciplinary, multicultural and highly professional teams A collegial corporate culture and short communication channels Flexible working hours with an attractive salary package and diverse corporate benefits At ITM, we work together towards one common goal – the benefit of our patients.
