Your mission: Supported by your colleagues and proven systems, you implement and support the Smart Factory solutions (software and hardware) at our customers in the automotive, industry, medical & EMS sectors. With your growing know-how as a member of the Customer Care & Technical Service Team, you will ensure the planning, coordination and control of these customer projects. In doing so, you will become an important contact person for your customers when analyzing and developing concepts and problem solutions. When carrying out evaluations and projects, you will work together with the specialists from our European distributors. Your tasks will also include working with interdisciplinary project and product teams in Europe and Korea, as well as reviewing requirements for feasibility, risks and resource requirements. You will be responsible for conveying the necessary knowledge to Koh Young customers and distributors. For know-how transfer, you will use on-site workshops or, increasingly, the virtual Streaming Studio. Your profile: You have successfully completed your commercial or technical studies (business informatics, business engineering, electrical engineering or similar). You communicate purposefully and have experience in IT projects (classic and agile). Deine Mission: Unterstützt durch Deine Kollegen und bewährte Systeme implementierst und betreust Du die Smart-Factory-Lösungen (Software und Hardware) bei unseren Kunden aus den Bereichen Automotive, Industry, Medical und EMS. Du kommunizierst zielbewusst und verfügst über Erfahrungen in IT-Projekten (klassisch und agil).
