You want to gain some practical experience as a working student (m/f/d) or intern (m/f/d)?
We are looking for support in our Talent team, especially in the Learning & Development department.
- You support the planning and implementation of various topics in the area of personnel development such as employee onboarding, performance management and employee development
- You will also be actively involved in internal talent management and personnel development on an administrative level
- You actively support in the implementation of people and culture projects and enthusiastically drive them forward
- Researching and reporting on new trends and developments in personnel development
- You provide support in the planning of learning content, inhouse trainings and individual coaching sessions
- You recognize optimization potential in existing processes and workflows and proactively contribute your ideas for improvement
REQUIREMENTS
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) of business administration, psychology or education with a focus on HR or adult education and have already successfully completed the first semesters
- Ideally, you have already been able to gain some practical experience in the HR area
- Experience with the creation of (online) learning and inhouse trainings desirable
- You enjoy teamwork and communication is your passion. You are enthusiastic, motivated, flexible and service oriented
- Independent work, currently also in the home office, is easy for you and you convince with conceptual thinking and an independent, conscientious way of working
- Very good German & English skills are necessary; especially English written and spoken
