YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting our existing customers with no payment arrears, and our existing customers, who are in arrears and the associated dunning run
- Answering the incoming questions of our customers in a service-oriented manner
- Communicate with customers in writing & by telephone
- Providing qualitative information on all credit related inquiries
- Documentation and maintaining customers concerns and data in our database
YOUR PROFILE
- You are enrolled as a student (preferably economics)
- You enjoy interacting with various people and convince through your friendly and customer-oriented personality
- You are a team player and ready to work in a dynamic environment
- You have very good time management skills
- You are confident in using MS-Office
- You speak Dutch on a business level
