YOUR TASKS
We miss you! As our Implementation Project Manager (m/f/d) you help us to automate pathology laboratories all over Germany. As part of the Customer Success team you will ensure a smooth implementation of our products at our customers. This not only contributes to customer satisfaction, but also makes cancer diagnoses more efficient and reliable. You will take over the following tasks:
- You will be responsible for controlling and managing the entire project lifecycle
- You advise our customers and record customer specifications
- You coordinate the implementation process in close coordination with the product team
- You occasionally provide technical support to our customers and hold on-site training sessions
- You accompany the go-live of our products in the laboratories and ensure the success of the project
- You will work closely with our sales team to find the best possible solutions for our customers
REQUIREMENTS
- You have already gained experience in project management, software solution projects or customer support - preferably in the medical technology industry
- You bring basic technical know-how to better understand our products
- You have excellent presentation skills, which will help you in advising our clients
- You bring a moderate willingness to travel with you
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills - fluency in German and English is a must
