Your Job:

  • Establish efficient, courteous and personalized telephone contact with customers;
  • Constantly looking for ways to bring an effective solution that highlights the client's needs;
  • Establish and maintain effective collaboration with company partners.

Your profile:

  • Fluency in German (C2 Level or Native);
  • English (A2 - B2);
  • Excellent communicator;
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
  • Experience in customer service (preferred).
  • Available to work in rotating shifts.
