Out of our Frankfurt Branch, we provide marketing, sales, customer support and operations services to our private savings customers in the Netherlands and Germany. We are a small but powerful local team embedded in the context of a successful international bank. Retail Banking – Marketing Manager NL Savings Products (m/w/d) – Dutch language – Your responsibilities As Marketing Manager NL Savings Products you are driving marketing, CRM and customer experience initiatives as a subject-matter expert and/or project-lead working closely with the international IT and operation teams as well as with external partners carrying out customer data analysis and market research to optimise campaigns and customer experience following the Dutch retail banking market with a watchful eye and identifying trends and opportunities creating website, digital banking and mailing content for Dutch customers in the Dutch language together with internal content experts Your experience and mindset Bachelor/ Master's degree in business administration, marketing or a similar course Ideally +3 years of proven work experience as a marketing, communication or customer-relationship specialist Dutch speaking on a native level is essential, combined with a good command of the German and English language Previous experience in the field of retail finance, especially in the Dutch market, is a benefit Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise Willingness to take ownership and drive new ideas and projects independently Your benefits An international, open and diverse company culture in a small local team An attractive and modern work environment, situated at the riverside, just a few minutes’ walk or bike ride away from Frankfurt Central Station Hybrid working facilities Occasional travel to the bank's head office in Amsterdam to deepen interdepartmental collaboration and contact Competitive remuneration and social benefits Have we piqued your interest?
