As our Working-Student (m/f/d) - Sales Assistant, you will support our Sales Specialists in generating leads and increasing our revenue from our existing customers, as well as new customers, especially senders.
- As our Sales Assistant, you will reach out to business targets through telephone, email, webinar and other modern virtual presence technologies
- Your drive is to establish contact with customers to present the value of our solutions & services
- You will develop relationships from first point of contact to the successful closing of contracts
- You will identify, develop, promote & manage a portfolio of new customers to increase business development opportunities
- You assist in the documentation and maintenance of all sales activities in our CRM system
REQUIREMENTS
- Studies of economy, psychology, medicine or similar
- Work experience in the field of Sales – preferably with clinics, medical practices or in the MedTech area
- Affinity for IT and Software as well as for products in the medical environment
- Strong in communication - both in personal contact and on the phone
- High degree of customer orientation as well as focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to react specifically to the needs of others and to adapt to different conversation partners
- Fluent in English & German
- Good MS Office Skills
