Your Job:
- Establish efficient, courteous and personalized telephone contact with customers;
- Constantly looking for ways to bring an effective solution that highlights the client's needs;
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration with company partners.
Your profile:
- Fluency in German (C2 Level or Native);
- English (A2 - B2);
- Excellent communicator;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
- Experience in customer service (preferred).
- Available to work in rotating shifts.
