NobleProg Europe GmbH is currently looking for a Sales Representative, responsible for creating high-quality sales opportunities. The person appointed will need to be a native speaker of German, with a high level of proficiency in English.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a comparable position and adept in the sale of consulting solutions for business and IT
- Ability to build a sustainable customer relationship - strong skills in developing new relationships with customers as well as the ability to recommend and position technical solutions to solve customer business challenges
- High level of English language skills and native German for cooperation with development and production sites worldwide
- Meeting sales targets, ability to close the deals
- Prospecting, negotiation and sales motivation skills
Responsibilities:
- Serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- Adjusting content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
- Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
- Submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
This role is 100% remote. You will have access to training, self-study materials, support and new technologies. You will be working in a motivated multinational team. We offer negotiable remuneration (usually salary + commission) and the possibility of work-at-home day. We are looking for a long-term employment relationship in which you can even become a franchise partner or pursue other career paths.
