We need your support in the Finance team! As our Senior Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) you will have the opportunity to built up the accounting department of a fast-growing start-up company together with the Head of Finance.
You have already gained experience in the field of accounting and now want to take your career one step further? - You design and optimize our accounting processes together with the Operations department
- You are responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- You will take care of current accounting and check, track and maintain the necessary documents
- You create and post the regular payment run and all current business transactions
- You are responsible for clarifying and reconciling the accounts and for master data maintenance
- You are responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- You communicate with the subsidiaries (currently Poland) and coordinate accounting topics
- You prepare analyses and reports for the management
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed commercial training e.g. as financial accountant (m/f/d), commercial training with IHK examination and further training as accountant (m/f/d) or a successfully completed study in finance, business administration or comparable
- Relevant professional experience in the field of financial accounting
- Willingness for continuous professional and personal development.
- Knowledge of MS Office and an ERP software (e. g. SAP)
- A sense of responsibility, discretion and an independent way of working
- Organisational talent, high motivation and attention to detail
- Very good knowledge of German and good English language skills
